Comes with badminton equipment, outdoor gas grill, picnic table, multiple chairs, hammock, pillows, blankets. Ascend several stairs from lake level to your own park like paradise -- paths have been carved out of the partially wooded areas & there is a clay tennis court for your use & enjoyment.
