EATING AREA with table & chairs. Cozy LIVING ROOM has WOODBURNING FIREPLACE & complementary furnishings. BATHROOM w/shower. LOFT BEDROOM has TWO QUEEN BEDS & ONE SINGLE BED. Gas heat for use in inclement weather.

EXTERIOR has a wondrous view from hillside where cottage with large screen porch is situated. Park at road, descend about 18 steps to dwelling and patio area; outside cottage is a fenced-in PATIO area with childproof gate, OUTDOOR FURNITURE (including picnic table & chairs), and a charcoal grill. Quite a few steps from cottage to lakefront. Lakeside consists of 50 feet of lake frontage (part natural entry & park breakwall), a large lawn, plus an oversized DOCK and a fire pit.
