LIVING area has TWO SINGLE PULLOUT chairs, sofa, color tv on basic cable w/VCR for your tapes, woodburning FIREPLACE for those romantic nights, complementary furnishings. BATHROOM is half bath w/toilet & sink AND separate SHOWER ROOM. Open LOFT sleeping area has TWO DOUBLE BEDS.

EXTERIOR has large WRAPAROUND DECK, at waters edge, gas GRILL, outdoor furniture, nice fairly level lot, DOCK, approx. 125 feet of lakefront - partial seawall & part natural entry - shallow at shore with gradual deepening, campfire pit.

RATES:
$1200/week mid June thru Labor Day
$650/week off season
$165 nightly w/minimum 2 nights
